THE STAND
Subject: RADICAL LEFTISM
“A poisonous resentment cloaked in the language of equality and justice and liberation. An overwhelming need to tear down what greater men have built. To wreck what is beautiful and what is right on behalf of people who are only filled with ugliness. People who have nothing else to offer the world.”
Those are the words of Secretary of State Marco Rubio who addressed a conference of 60 countries convened to deal with the problem of rising left-wing violence.
Secretary Rubio identified the problem of violence, wrecking and destroying that which characterizes the methodologies, the hatred, of these terrorists who are only filled with ugliness and hate. They, said Rubio, have nothing positive to offer the world.
Radical Left-Wing Ideology
Radical left-wing ideology has been normalized, said Rubio, so much so that the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) are openly taking route in the Democratic Party. They are, indeed.
Whether the American House of Representatives or now the possibility of such a radical senator, nominated by the Democratic Party in Michigan, openly socialist (Marxist), mayors in our various cities, representatives on city councils and the like, DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISTS ARE TAKING HOLD, capturing the fancy of our young people, and routing down in all things the Democratic Party.
DSA, says Rubio, advocates for chaos and destruction. Democratic Socialists want to abolish the police, eliminate the Senate, eliminate the Supreme Court, terminate border enforcement, stop cash bail for criminal suspects, and even in some cases eliminate prisons altogether, and many other nefarious objectives. These Marxists, really communists, says Rubio, present these ruinous and destructive ideas under the guise of equality, justice, and liberation. They exercise tremendous influence among our younger generations, and the Socialists’ utopian objectives are justified by virtually any means necessary. That, says Rubio, includes terrorism, destruction, even killing. The means, even if “overzealous,” justify the ends which are virtuous and just, so they say.
“BIG TENTISM”
What is so sad, says Secretary Rubio, is that many on the political left are blind to the extremism coming from within their own party. The leading Democratic Senator in the Senate welcomes these soft-spoken radicals, citing the mantra:
“BIG TENTISM.”
All are welcome in the Democratic Party, including these newfound and well-disguised socialists and terrorists. These overly tolerant Democrats have no problem and have no criticism for movements which are anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist, including Black Lives Matter (BLM), Occupy Wall Street, Free Palestine, and more, so much of which are routed in Marxist and communistic ideologies.
The anti-American world these radicals envision is one which, Rubio says, is small, flat, gray, leveled of all exception, drained of all that is good and noble in the human soul.
EXCEPTIONALISM!
So much of America was built on:
EXCEPTIONALISM!
WE THE PEOPLE could always do better. We could challenge our country to be better in every way, and we ourselves, as individuals and citizens, always had the right and the freedom to better ourselves, to grow, improve, create, and re-create.
Not so in the world of DSA or socialism. By contrast, the DSA world is one without courage, creativity, or ambition. It is a world without heroes, or glory, or great causes, a world without miracles, without myths, without men and women who rise above the rest to do incredible and extraordinary things, and, most importantly, DSA is a WORLD WITHOUT GOD.
These radicals, terrorists, destructionists stand for virtually everything which WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE do not.
Above all, says Secretary Rubio, in a “Reagan-istic” style, these two terrorists stand against and wish to destroy freedom, the freedoms WE THE PEOPLE enjoy, guaranteed to us by our Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, and they wish to destroy the God-given inalienable rights which are the rights of every human being and every American.
Three Major Types of Terrorism
There are three major types of terrorism identified by Rubio:
- NARCO TERRORISTS AND TRANSNATIONAL GANGS
- ISLAMIST TERRORISTS
- LEFT WING EXTREMISTS INCLUDING ANARCHISTS AND ANTI-FASCISTS
There is no need for nuclear destruction if these extremists are allowed to function, continue, grow, wreak havoc, and bring about devastation on human kind.
A Most Serious Problem
A most serious problem, says Rubio, is how the effect of this radical terrorism is largely ignored by the mainstream press, and by the tragic decline of academia, and by so many in our so-called legacy institutions.
The Democratic Party does not rise up, condemn, cleanse its party of these radical individuals and elements, and re-affirm their belief in a real America, even as it may differ from Republican versions.
Building an International Partnership
So, says Rubio, the Trump Administration is building an international partnership to defeat these terrorists. These radical groups and individuals, including those in the Democratic Party itself, will be identified, confronted, their activities curtailed, and their criminal deeds punished. The Trump Administration will rebuild America’s counter-terrorism architecture and make it far more effective. America can and will work with the 60 nations in this conference, and more, and develop a coordinated law enforcement strategy, and, together, as a world of nations determined to protect democracy and freedom, says Rubio:
“WE WILL DISMANTLE THESE NETWORKS BRICK BY BRICK!”
This Threat Is Real
This threat is real, my fellow Americans. It is HERE, it is HAPPENING, and it is HORRENDOUS. We should begin by condemning the Democratic Party, the DSA movement, identify and exterminate socialism, Marxism, and communism, and, with new courage, we should stand up and even fight where necessary for the freedoms, for the way of life we enjoy, before it is gone. As President Roland Reagan said:
“FREEDOM IS NEVER MORE THAN ONE GENERATION AWAY FROM EXTINCTION.”
